QIs it open on Saturdays?
APlease note that Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are closed. Business days are weekdays Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 17:00 in Japan time.
QWhich is the nearest station?
AA It is about 7-minute walk from "Iharanosato Station" on the Nankai Main Line, 7-minute drive from "Izumisano Station", and 7-minute drive from JR West "Kumatori Station".
QIs it possible to manufacture products with specifications other than those listed in the standard specifications?
AThe specifications on the homepage are standard specifications, but there is no problem with other specifications. We will respond to various customer requests such as products based on safety specifications, small machines and large machines.
QCan I see the machines?
AWe have various machines in our showroom so that you can see the machine at any time. Please let us know your desired schedule and we will adjust the tour schedule. At that time, we can also do test processing and check the actual operation of the machine.
QThere are no drawings, but is it possible to manufacture custom-made machines and develop new products?
AOver the 75 years since our founding, we have manufactured many "custom-made bespoke machines" according to customer specifications. It is necessary to have a careful meeting from the concept, but it is possible to support a custom machine.
QI want an English catalog.
AWe have English catalogs for each product. If you contact us, we would like to send it by email.
QCan you grind the blade?
AThe blades sold by us can be grinded. We will check the outer diameter and chipping and make a quotation.
QWhat is the machine color?
AOur standard color is cream color, but we can also provide the specified color according to the customer's request.
QCan you do test processing?
AWe have various machines in our showroom, and we can perform test processing under the conditions that our customers request. We also support domestic and overseas, so please feel free to contact us.
QIs it possible to perform test processing in the presence?
ATest processing is possible while you are there. We recommend that you actually check the machine operation and the quality of the test sample by yourself. If it is difficult to attend, please send the material to us and we will send back the test sample after test processing.

QIs the test processing free?
ABasically, we will correspond free of charge. However, if the processing amount is large, it may be charged. In case of payment, we will contact you in advance for a quotation.
QIs it possible to request a quote only?

QI would like to request a quote. What kind of information do I need?
AInformation we ask depends on the products. First of all, if you contact us, we will do a brief hearing.
QIs it possible to submit the entire drawing when quotation?
AIn the case of the quotation stage, it will be a quotation concept drawing, but it can be submitted.
QHow long is the lead time of the product?
AIt varies greatly depending on the machine specifications, but we will deliver the machine after carefully designing, manufacturing, assembling, commissioning adjustment, quality inspection, so it is not a short lead time. QDo you have a record of overseas sales?
ASince our founding in 1975, we have a sales record in more than 15 countries including Europe, America and Asia. We will consult with the customer each time, but we also offer an English version touch panel.
QI am an individual, but can I make a request?
ABasically, it is mainly for companies, but we also have a track record of dealing with individuals.
QI have a fixed budget, but can you give me a rough idea of the product price?
AFor our products, we listen to the customer's requested specifications in detail and manufacture machines on a made-to-order basis. We apologize for the inconvenience, but we cannot provide an approximate response because the specifications differ depending on the request.
